How credits work

One address costs one credit, including a deeper check when your plan supports it. Retrying an API request with the same idempotency key does not spend another credit. Monthly credits are added after a confirmed subscription payment; unused purchased credits carry forward. No automatic overages are enabled.

What verification can tell you

Syntax and DNS checks describe an address and its mail infrastructure. SMTP responses can be inconclusive. A catch-all server accepting an address does not establish that a particular inbox exists. Results report those limitations.

Cancel when you need to

Once paid plans launch, manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Your current period continues until its end. Scheduled re-verification, team access and outgoing webhooks are planned and are not included in the initial release.
