Bulk email verifier

Paste a list or upload a CSV. We check syntax, domain, MX, disposable-domain risk and role-account risk without sending mail.

What the free bulk checker verifies

Every address is checked for valid structure, a resolvable domain, active MX records, known disposable-email providers, and common role-based local parts such as support@ or billing@.

Why bulk mode does not probe every mailbox

SMTP mailbox probing is slower, often intentionally obscured by receiving providers, and should not be hammered at scale. For a deeper single-address test, use the email deliverability checker.

Put the result to work

Turn a CSV into a reviewable result list

Bulk verification runs syntax, DNS, MX and risk checks across the addresses you submit. The free public tool has a 100-address daily allowance. It does not run SMTP probes for every row.

  1. Choose the email column

Upload a CSV, inspect the selected column and confirm whether the first row is a header.

  2. Review the submitted count

The free flow checks up to the first 100 addresses. Keep the original file so unprocessed rows are not lost.

  3. Export and review

Download the results, separate definite failures from uncertainty and keep unsubscribe records outside this process.

What the evidence tells you

Illustrative scenarios, not live results for the addresses or records shown. Open a scenario to see the next action.

01A file contains 150 candidate addresses
Only part fits the free allowance

The first 100 can be checked if the daily allowance is available. The remaining rows have not been verified.

Next action Track unprocessed rows separately.

02Result is likely_valid
Routing checks passed

Free bulk mode has no conclusive mailbox probe. Do not rename the result as confirmed valid.

Next action Use a single-address check when needed.

03Result is risky
A risk signal needs review

A disposable or shared-inbox pattern may be legitimate for the intended use.

Next action Review the row rather than deleting it blindly.

Use it with a purpose

Where this tool fits

Preparing a newsletter list

Check opted-in contacts for technical problems before an import. This does not create consent or reverse an unsubscribe.

Cleaning CRM exports

Keep the exported status next to the original record so another person can review decisions.

Questions about this tool

Do I need an account for the free check?

No. An account is used for saved uploads and returning to list history.

Does the export contain only good addresses?

The results export contains the reviewed rows and their statuses. Choose your own inclusion rules.

Are repeated rows checked separately?

The public bulk endpoint removes exact repeated normalised inputs before processing. Preserve the original CSV if row-level metadata matters.
